1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vadose, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
Vadose is an environmental data intelligence platform that provides document processing, analytical data management, exceedance screening, AI-assisted analysis, and regulatory report generation for environmental consulting professionals.
3. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Vadose. We claim no intellectual property rights over your environmental data, documents, or reports. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the platform services.
4. AI-Generated Content
Vadose uses AI to generate narratives, summaries, and analysis. AI-generated content should be reviewed by qualified environmental professionals before use in regulatory submittals. Vadose does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and is not liable for decisions made based on such content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse engineer the service, or use it for purposes other than environmental data management and analysis.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription.
